huntleybill Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 When customers purchase a downloadable file they receive a confirmation email but there is no attached file that they paid for. On the bottom of the email receipt, there is an option to download the webpage logo!! A) How do I get the email to attach the file they paid for: (Yes, I did check the box that asks if it is downloadable product when I configured the product, and Yes, I did upload the file from my computer that customers should receive). As with you I have the checkbox selected as a downloadable product and uploaded the file with no apparent errors. We are expanding our PDF books and need this resolved or will have to move away from PS. I tried to add as an attachment to the product and that failed too. I am going to try a tiny file size to see if that works. Any help would be sweet. To help searches: Downloadable product fail. Downloadable order link fail. No download link in order.
