Como puedo modificar el HTML del index? Quiero crear 2 "divs"

No veo manera de como crear un div por ningun sitio, necesito una manita, muchas gracias nuevamente.

uhm estan fácil con ponerlo donde quieras, al final por ejemplo....

Es que queria hacer algo como esto: http://www.airsoftdungeon.com/ la web tiene un div que es "menu" y otro que es "submenu" y me gustaría crear eso asi para poder colocar los divs y maquetarlos en la parte de arriba de mi web correctamente, no se donde ni en que archivo .tpl ni donde puedo crear 2 divs para el index. Sigo sin resolver el problema, no hay ningun sitio donde se pueda modificar el "HTML" del index? muchas gracias

En el index se muestran los módulos que se publican en el home dentro del hook_home

Ya pero por ejemplo, yo quiero crear un div para el modulo "BLOCKUSERINFO" que es el del carrito, el login y la info de la cuenta de usuario, y quiero crear un div para poder maquetarlo todo dentro de ese modulo correctamente, como lo podría hacer, me puedes poner un ejemplo por favor, muchas gracias!
