Problems with product generator.

Hi,

 

I've used the product generator before without any troubles. However, when I used it today it doesn't save the prices. I'm adding the attributes and groups, adding prices and saving by pushing the "generate button". What then happens is that the fields where I've added the prices are erased (turning into just blank fields) and the prices are lost. There's no problem adding the information in the weight fields.

 

Any ideas of what might be wrong?

Do you have any of the performance options turned on under BO > Preferences > Performance. If so, try turning them off temporarily while you are using product generator. At times, caching may be a little over eager in back office in 1.4
