Can't login Admin (No data received)

Hello,

 

Yesterday had no trouble when trying to login to admin. Today, after I have entered the user name and password, I get the error message "No data received". Siteground, our hosting company, has told me it is a bug in the below code. I have the time zone set in the admin to US Central time.

I don't know for sure if this is causing the issue or if there is some other problem. If anyone has any suggestions I would be most appreciative.
