localhostro
a more accurate description of the problem: after successfully installing prestashop 1.1, i go to the front office and try to add more than one product to the shopping cart.everytime i add more than one product, the previously added product disappears, and the contents of the cart "resets" to the most recently added product.the cart also resets itself after entering the different sections of the website (categories, other language versions and so on).after more testing, i found this happening in both prestashop 1.0 and 1.1you can see the problem manifesting itself at www.lizar.ro/shopthe install is fresh and i haven't modified anything. prestabase
localhostro,You can find your error logs within your hosting control panel. I'm assuming you are using cPanel, so you'll see "error log" under Logs in cpanel x3.
localhostro
oh, sorry, no, my hosting is not commercial, they don't have cpanel. any other way of dealing with this?
prestabase
You can connect via SSH and view the error logs. I recommend having your system admin do this if you do not manage the server.
