Access Denied - Back-Office

When working in the back-office, there was an error.

 

Now I can not open the back office with the message: Access denied

 

I've already replaced all the admin, without success.

Please try to empty your cache and delete the site's cookie and try again.

I mean the back office error that occured before you could not access anymore the BO.

Try clean first browser cache, tempory internet files, cookie, passwords, after go on admin panel page.

 

Also i see on your site u have some problem with products..i see products list on 1-3 sec when page load after that they gone/disappear..

The problem Occor after doing an update from 1.3.7 to 1.4.4

At the beginning did not have access to the modules. Trying to solve this problem, blocked BackOffice. Now I can not open the BO. (Message: Access denied)

Already cleared cookies and cache I still can not enter the BO.

 

I think the problem is one of the tables phpMyAdmin. If I install Prestashop as "New" everything works. If I make an update to the existing tables can not open the BO.

 

I needed to know what the table limits the access. Aver may have rights of access to the Administrator.

 

Ever thought of installing a new version of PrestaShop, but I will lose all data from my clients.

 

What can I do?
