(Solved) Page in cms block

Hello,

 

(1)In tools > cms I created a new page, for our privacy policy, which shows if you use the magnifying glass, so it is there. The new page also shows in modules > cms block. It does not, however, appear in the block on the website page. I have cleared the cache, plus everything in recent history. Even ran cccleaner but the page still does not show.

 

(2) Not so important but can the pages be renumbered in that block?

 

Help appreciated.

Update: you could say everything is there but you do have to root.
