The description under search result is (generally) taken from the relevant resource's description meta tag, if the website is meeting Google's quality guidelines. You can change meta description using Back Office > Preferences > SEO & URLs. Try to keep the description under 20 words. If not already, open a Google webmasters tools account and fix any/all issues found. Any improvement you make may not have any effect for several weeks.
