Before that i get infected with Trojan.JS.Redirector.qb but this problem just solve yesterday and follow every step given by presatashop and downloaded the file to apply the patch from http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/126114-please-read-security-procedure/. NOW another problem. Today i found out that my website attack by another virus which is Trojan-Downloader.JS.Iframe.ckb detected by Kaspersky. Its object is http://clickment.fileave.com/. Don't click clickment.fileave.com link as your computer will auto download the virus. Anyone please help!!! Help me!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Patric Posted August 26, 2011 Share Posted August 26, 2011 Hi, Please, check that you correctly emptied your /download and /upload folders and that your /tools/smarty/cache and /tools/smarty/compile folders are empty (only keep the index.php in this last folder). Wow alot of strange files in /tools/smarty/cache and /tools/smarty/compile. Its last modified date is today and yesterday. Yesterday i downloaded the patch and apply the update, it suppose delete all the strange file right and cover the hole? But why there are still new file uploaded to my server? Strange? Ok now i'm getting to clean it one by one. After this do i need to do anything? Sorry for my stupid question as this is the first time i face with this kind of problem?
