(Solved) Logo and favicon upload problem

Hello,

 

I did have version 1.4.4 installed but it became messed up, all my fault. Deleted it and installed version 1.4.4.1 as this appears to solve a security issue (?). The problem I am having is with logo upload: the first time was during uploading the logo whilst on the merchant admin page, it just froze the page. I installed again deciding to leave the upload to admin. However, it will not upload the logo or favicon in admin either but at least it does not freeze. The message is "an error occurred during logo copy".

 

I have looked at bug tracker and nothing has been reported so wonder if the problem is to do with my system, seems unlike as it will upload mail etc, logo which is slightly different.

 

Help to overcome this problem will be appreciated.

So, if I delete the Prestashop logo and favicon from images and paste my own there will that work without upsetting anything?
