Joe Haveman
Help! Trying to go live, but one of our categories throws an error. We have 3 top-level categories: apparel, shoes and handbags. We have friendly url turned on. (Fyi, turning off friendly url doesn't help and we've regenerated our htaccess file several times) Shoes points to "5-shoes". Handbags points to "4-handbags". And apparel points to "6-apparel". Shoes and handbags go to the appropriate page. Apparel throws the error: "Missing category id" and the page is category.php. Any help please. At least point me in the right direction? Let me know if you need more information. Thanks a gazillion!
shokinro
can you share your site URL so that we can have look? first I guess your URL missed the is_category parameter 2nd, I guess you don't have the category you specified at category with id_category 3rd, I guess it category may not accessible to all customer groups (check if the category at category if it is accessible to all customer groups) hope above give you some ideas and hints
Joe Haveman
Actually, what we did was rename "Apparel" as "Apparel Test" and then rename it back. Then, everything worked. Thanks for your reply.
B. Szakacs
Hi We had the same issue. Indeed, renaming helps, but this still should be considered as a BUG i think. Cheers
