Only 1 attribute showing in orders

hi all

 

I hope someone can help. I have added more than 1 attribute to certain products but when i place them in my cart only the first attribute shows in the basket. This is also the same once i complete an order. The invoice only shows the first attribute therefore i don't know the other attributes the customers have added to the product.

 

I am using version 1.4.3

 

Has anyone had this problem before and do you know how to fix it?

I really need help on this my shop cannot work without it.

Finally fixed it. I was adding the attribute wrong. What you have to do is use the combine (add) button.

 

So instead of adding each attribute by itself you need to combine them for instance in the same box.

 

Colour : Black

Size : 12

Length: 30

 

You have to put them in a list then click combine otherwise only one attribute shows up within the cart and invoice. I'm new at Prestashop so I didn't know this.
