Changing Sign in box to a form

Hi all,

 

The site i currently have is at http://www.plumberlink.com.au - the template I have used has a red sign in box at the top right.

 

My client wanted a more sophisticated sign in box (see http://www.plumberlink.com.au/) which has a Sign in Name and Password field, a forgotten password link etc.

 

Is there a simple way to go about this?
