Customer Service Feature without using Contact Form

Is there a configuration option in Prestashop that allows customers to email my domain email address directly (e.g. [email protected]), and that email gets filtered into the Customer Service Back Office feature in Prestashop?

 

Many customers choose to email my store directly and do not use the contact form on the site. This makes it difficult because now I have 2 systems that I have to manage: my inbox, and the prestashop customer service control panel.

Hello,

 

yes I would like to do the same thing, it is nice to have a customer service in the BO but for me it is not needed and I would like to turn this feature off and use a contact email instead. Maybe what would be good is a small form which would forward the email to my outlook.

 

This would be very useaful.
