Invoices and Delivery Slips

Hi all,

 

Using Prestashop Version 1.3.6.0 - Theme = Theme051

 

Back Office > Orders > Invoices

I am trying to print a PDF Invoice for a purchase but the actual 'product name' and 'product price' is not appearing on the Invoice. I choose the start date and the end date where I know there are sales. All that is appearing in the PDF Invoice is the 'shipping price'. Therefore the total price being displayed on the Invoice is just the Shipping price amount. BTW, in the 'Invoice Options' box on the same page as Back Office > Orders > Invoices, I have ticked 'Enable Invoices'.

 

Also, if I go to Back Office > Orders and click on any past order (which all have a Status of 'Payment Accepted'), on the full page that provides all details of the purchase, in the box 'Products' (at the bottom of the page),no product details are provided.

 

I feel like something needs to be turned on to get the data to show/display. Cannot find anything to turn on. Any ideas please? Any documentation available?
