snjdrew
Any help is greatly appreciated. On my site (www.snjparts.com) when attempting to log-in as a customer I usually get an error page "The connection was reset The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading." I can reload sometimes once sometimes 10 times and eventually it will allow me to access my account but this is breaking my site and I cant go fully onto it before it gets fixed. Please help!!! Thank you for your time. I created a test account to see if everyone can reproduce my error. What browser are you using? -Mike
snjdrew
Sorry should have mentioned I mainly use Firefox. I just tested with IE and was able to log-in fine hmm didnt think to test other browsers ... so maybe it is just an issue with firefox . Also this is version 1.4.4.0 if that comes up. Thanks for your help.
Mike Kranzler
I'm glad I could help, although I'll admit to being surprised that it works with IE but NOT Firefox. We learn something new every day -Mike
snjdrew
Any ideas on how to make it work correctly on firefox? I tried safe mode to see if maybe one of my add-ons was effecting it but still same issue.
Mike Kranzler
I actually just downloaded a fresh version of Firefox to test it, and it still worked fine for me. You may want to try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that fixes it for you. -Mike
