Help to customize state mail

I made a state in which I want to send to the client by mail (with template) this information:

 

- name: {firstname} {lastname}

 

- DNI: the dni used to order

 

- Order: {order_name} made on {date}

 

- Products: {products}

 

- Code: the last discount code associated with that client

 

I do not know why some of these variables (firstname, lastname, order_name, date, products) work on mails send by prestashop, and do not work when email is sent by changing the state.

 

How I can use those variables in the state mails, and add the other information (code and dni)?
