displaying static price need to update with curency

Hi please reply.

 

I have added some static price on my home carousel module. But the price is not changing if i change the currency.

 

Currency symbol is changed but the the value is still remain unchanged.

 

I used code

 

{assign var=pricz value='500'}

{displayWtPrice p=$pricez}

 

when i compile the code it is showing US$500 price when i choose AU$ it is showing AU$500 price value is not converting.

Please reply how to do this.
