alexa28
Hello All.. I have made a video where I show my problem. Hopefully that will give a better explanation. Thanks in advance! UPDATE: I forgot to add in the video that I am not interested in removed ALL pictures.. What I would like, is that only the picture that i selected is shown. Basically, if you "hide" the thumbnails, that would mean that the only way you can change the pictures, and see the acual colors that are represented, would be to go into the menu and chose a different color code. Hope you understand me.
uddhava
This "feature" has been around a long time. I think it will create too many ajax/http request if visitors are flying over the images multiple times. So therefore a visitor has to select the color by clicking on them, or either select it from the drop downs. I guess when a visitor is ordering an article and spending money they will take care to order the correct item. Your customers are not stupid. But as it looks from your example it can be quite confusing.
alexa28
Yes.. As you even saw the cart recieved the green image, even though the black one was selected.. Very confusing!

Mike Kranzler
Hi Alexa, Why exactly do you need the colors to be listed as 001, 002, etc.? I think people aren't sure what to answer because we don't understand the purpose behind the color codes in place of actual colors. -Mike
alexa28
Because I have so many different colors, I have no idea what to call them.. Like I have 5 different versions of black. Point really isen't the code of the product, point is to remove the images under the main pictures, aka the "thumbnails"..
