Free shipping for purchase over xxx

Hello all,

 

Sorry if it's a stupid question, but I'm new to prestashop and don't know all the functions.

 

Is it possible to create a rule that says, if you buy for instance over 300 euro shipping is free, otherwise it's 20euro..

 

Furthermore, make it specific for each country.. for instance..

 

Denmark = Shipping is 15 euro, free for purchases over 200 euro

 

Norway = Shipping is 25 euro, free for purchases over 300 euro

 

Sweden = Shipping is 30 euro, free for purchases over 400 euro

 

Germany = Shipping is 30 euro, free for purchases over 500 euro

 

If it's possible, please let me know how..
