How to handle returns if customer doesnt use RMA?

Recommended Posts

Hello guys,

im getting a lot of returns from customers and im not sure how i can handle these in prestashop... i dont want to use the Prestashop RMA function as all my customers are not paying any attention to it and just send me back the items...

So how can i mark products in the backend as sent back? I did just delete the products from a order but when i do it like this there is no way to later check the original order with all products that the customer did order..

Can you please advise me how i can best manage returns? I would also like to have a return Invoice generated which clearly shows the products that where returned and the amounts that i need to refund to the customer. Is this not possible with prestashop?

many thanks

Can Please somebody help me? I will pay 20$ for a good solution for my problem.

Thanks

Use super user module, login as a user and create RMA instead of user....

Thanks but is the module compatible to latest Prestashop 1.4 ? Cause it says "PrestaShop v1 - v1.3"

thanks
