[Solved] BlockPaymentLogo remove link to paypal/about.php

Hi

I am using PS 1.4.1 and trying to work out how to just have the BlockPaymentLogo image on the frontpage and remove the link to the About Paypal page.

I have had a look at BlockPaymentLogo.tpl in the Modules section but not sure what I need to change or if this is the right place to change anything.

 

Also on the Paypal Submit page I need to add some CSS to drive the menu. I have this working for other parts of the shop but not on this page. How/where do I add in the CSS link for the Submit page to read it?
