Value increase by weight

I'm using prestashop 1.4 and I'd like to charge an extra value to weight superior of 70kg.

 

69-70 = x€

70-71 = x€ + 1(kg) * n€

71-72 = x€ + 2(kg) * n€

72-73 = x€ + 3(kg) * n€

...

 

So, if a client orders something superior of 70kg it will charge an extra n€ per kg.

 

69-70 = 10€

70-71 = 10€ + 1 * 2€ = 12€

71-72 = 10€ + 2 * 2€ = 14€

72-73 = 10€ + 3 * 2€ = 16€

...

 

Is this possible? I already made the shipping price from 1kg-1.5kg to 69.5kg-70kg. So it would take the last price and increase.
