tracking number field don't show

Hi All!

 

I installed ps 1.4.4 but the tracking number field doesen't show!

 

Can somebody explain where to find the problem?

 

Of course I put the link (on carriers tab) what my delivery company gave us!

 

what should be the problem?

Was the order originally placed before you added the tracking number?

 

If so, it's normal, because when you save any change to a carrier, a new one is created so it will not affect previous orders.

 

If you want to apply it to old messages, you will have to manually add the tracking URL to the old carriers in the database (ps_carrier)
