unitedgroup Posted August 17, 2011 Share Posted August 17, 2011 Hi everyone, for 2 months we have been using prestashop for 2 months with no problems, 100 only orders but all 100%. this 3rd month, had a customer pay 3 times due to an error with the cart or paypal not sure. now our account is limited till we remove paypal from prestashop cart. quite annoying, now the problem is im using moneybookers 1.5 which can with 1.43 i get an email saying we have money from a customer, but when i look at the back offce i see no order. i had this problem with paypal but i just fixed the ipn then was ok. any ideas anyone? Mike Kranzler Posted August 18, 2011 Share Posted August 18, 2011 Hi unitedgroup, In addition to upgrading to the latest version of PrestaShop, you may want to pick up the phone and give PayPal a call. If you explain the situation to them (and if the customer can corroborate the story) they should be willing to remove that restriction from your account.
