Configuring footer for this paid theme

Hello all. This is a paid theme that I bought. The owner of this theme is useless when it comes to answering emails. I was wondering how do I configure the footer of this theme. Thanks.

it's 1.4??? u need to edit the tpl file of the module

Its 1.3.5. I did try to look at mytheme/footer.tpl but cant figure out how to do it.
