PrestaShop v.1.4.4.0: For those who are having issues setting up USPS and/or UPS.

Hello all,

Like many of you I struggled to setup USPS and UPS. I setup EVERYTHING according to the documents. To test, I would place products in the shopping cart then try to estimate the shipping cost. I then ran into this error: Invalid carrier ID and No carrier is available for this selection. I was pulling my hair out for two days trying to figure out what in the world was going on. To my amazement, this issue was quite simple to fix. I was missing one crucial aspect to testing my shoppingcart, A CUSTOMER LOGIN!!!!!! Once I created a customer login for testing, everything worked as expected :-)
