adding one feature to certain tpl files

i am using version 1.3.3.0

 

i want to add one feature i created in the admin are to product-list.tpl right below the price but i cant figure out how i would go about doing so. is this even possible?

 

i also wanted to do this to products.tpl, i dont need all of them listed, just 1 feature on the product-list and 2 on products.tpl

 

should i be using attributes to do this instead. sorry for the newbie question but i am stumped and i have doing searching but i am not getting anywhere.
