Help configuring UPS, USPS shipping in v1.4

Apologies if the answer to my question is right under my nose...

I'm trying to configure the shipping modules (UPS and USPS) in v.1.4.4. I have the modules installed but both the modules say they are installed but with warnings in my BO. When I go to configure either module it says they are configured and online. On the BO>Shipping>Carriers page all the options show a "green check mark" status between UPS and USPS. Yet, if I place a test order, only one option shows up- USPS priority, nothing from UPS.

 

I've obtained my API key from UPS, and most of the functions have been passed from test to production. I'm still only in test access for these APIs:

Pickup - Ground Freight

Rating - Ground Freight

Shipping - Ground Freight

Locator - Package

Pickup - Package

Shipping - Package

Address Validation - Street Level

 

I haven't understand how to get UPS to pass me to production on these APIs. But is this my problem? And if so, what are the warnings the yellow exclamation marks refer to on my BO module list?

I'm having the same problem, only it's express mail which is the only one which shows. Since it's been awhile for your posts, have you found a solution?
