PayPal Shipping with Prestashop Help

Recommended Posts

I'm at my wits end trying to figure out how to get the set up tables in my PayPal to work over on Prestashop.

I'm seeking a solution that will work for the following example:

I add a product to my cart, the cart total amount is $8.60, and the shipping fee is at $5.00

If I add another product and my total is now over $12.00, the shipping fee adjusts to become $9.50

and so on. I am using PayPal as my payment method and USPS as the shipper as the store is based on shipping to the US mostly.

How can I get the PayPal to work correctly with Prestashop to reflect the changes I explained? I tried a bunch of tutorials and still nothing. It still just sits at being $7.78 for shipping even if I have over $50 worth of products in the cart.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!!

Hey Sahe,

I would love to help you with your shipping and amount questions. I think that we can work thru this with some configuration tweaks. Can you give me your site address so that I can do some testing? Thanks.

Hi Mike, thanks for being willing to help. The website I want to fix is: http://ilovemyfro.com

Here are some images from a prestashop site that has working PayPal/Shipping price updates working to illustrate what I am trying to accomplish.

Image one shows shipping at $5.50 for a cart that has around $1 to $12 worth of products in it:

Image one shows shipping at $7.75 for a cart that has around $12 to $30 worth of products in it:

Image one shows shipping at $9.75 for a cart that has around $35 to $60 worth of products in it: etc.

How can I customise PayPal and Prestashop to achieve this as well, and have it visible on the website when a person is purchasing?? Please help me.
