What theme is this or who designed it?

Im getting a major headache trying to edit the standard theme that comes with prestashop and needless to say after about 5 hours i haven't figured out how to move anything around such as center the image logo and etc..

 

But anyways I was browsing the live shops that prestashop says were created using there software and i stumbled across this http://www.outdoorzy.pl/ and im just wondering if anyone knows possibly which theme that is or who made it.

 

If not im interested in wondering how much a template would cost for a sports store that is looking to sell clothing, bats, maybe shoes in the future and also having the javascript image rotator, as well as lots of other features.
