Client places order, not receiving emails

Hi,

 

I have a little issue.

When a client places an order the site, he, as well as myself should receive an email ("New order received" OR "Order Confirmation") about the order, but I don't receive any email, nor does my client. This used to work, so I don't understand what happened.

Any suggestions?
