Orlique Order Manager Paid addon has issues

I am getting very frustrated with that fact that I paid a good amount of money for this addon that has been throwing glitches left and right when put in real production use.

 

1.) Shipping calculation does not work when using a UPS module (or any carrier where shipping is actually calculated). This is an issue I am currently working around by keeping the UPS.com calculator open in another tab and manually entering the shipping cost.

 

2.) BIG TIME MAJOR ISSUE - It throws errors when you enter a 100% discount. This doesn't make much sense to me, but because there are times where I need to send a customer a product for free but I want to track it as an order (apply the product to a customer and track it's stock movement) I need to enter an order and just put $0.00 for the total one way or another. If I enter a discount of 100% (or the total dollar value of the order) I get the following errors:

Unable to save order

total paid real is invalid.

total paid is invalid.

"General discussion" is not the place to report problems with modules, it's not likely you will get a response here.

 

Did you try to contact the developer, or the Prestashop addons store?

Can you post up, if when these issues are fixed. I was thinking about buying this very soon. I to also like to 0 out products so i can keep track of all the free stuff i hand out.

I created a coupon/voucher with 100% discount, works well.

I have orlique order manager and superuser. With those two I can do everything.

Not sure if I ever tried to adjust cost to 0 though.

with no new reactions, we have just added Orlique to our webshop. It works fine and is a great addition.

Accept you can not process credit cards from the backend.. I would of expected this mod to allow you to use autherize.net at least.. I hope they add this soon..

I'm having an issue with Orlique too. I've contacted the developer via addons.prestashop.com and via their own site but no response anywhere. I've noticed that other people on this forum have also complained about the lack of responses from their support anymore.

 

Anyway, here is my problem: when I change the order currency in the currency change drop down menu in the module no conversion happens, I get the same number in the other currency. For example, when I change 50 USD to EUR, it just puts out 50 EUR, but with conversion it should be around 35 EUR.

 

Please help! What should I fix in the code to get the currencies to convert? Currency change is a very important issue for some of my orders. Thanks!

My problem is that it does not calculate the shipping correctly for products with attributes, so I have to work it out manually and add tax while on the phone to the customer. Not ideal. There are other issues as well, and I have heard that they no longer offer support for this module.

 

I just have to wait until prestashop 1.5 is stable enough for production as I believe they have included all of orlique's functionalities and hopefully they will actually work.
