I have set up goals already,but I want to track the actual purchases by item. Where do I need to enter the required codes and where do I get the variable name values from? Paul C Posted August 14, 2011 Share Posted August 14, 2011 All you should need to do is enable ecommerce in your Google Analytics profile for the site - the module supplied with Prestashop then just needs your tracking code, and everything else is taken care of. Within the Analytics account screen you should have a list of website profiles - click "Edit" on the right next to the site you want to track, then click the "Edit" box next to "Main Website Profile Information" on the next screen. Vilas Posted October 21, 2011 Share Posted October 21, 2011 Dear Paul, If we try as per your suggestion then we are only able to view visits & keywords used. Now able to view like how many people added product into cart and how many people cancelled cart. So is there is any way to get those information through Google analytic? aliaspt Posted February 7, 2014 Share Posted February 7, 2014 I'm bumping this up again. GA module does not appear to track Ecommerce anymore. I've had it enabled for 4 years.
