Percy
Hi First of all, this is my first post in this forum and it's my first PrestaShop-Installation as well. So please consider this, if I'm asking dumb questions :-) Now then, I've got a strange problem here with a 1.4.2.5-Installation. The problem is, that the system enters a redirect-loop while trying to load the order-page. This only happens when url-rewriting is activated (-> domain.com/order). When this feature is turned off, the system successfully loads the page "order.php". I checked the url-configuration under "preferences" - "SEO & URLs", but I guess it's ok to rewrite "order.php" to "order"... So, any help with that would be great!! shokinro
I had fixed same issue for my client. It is because he set different domain for http and https. One with www and other without www. I am not sure if this is your case. Back office Preferences URL SEO
Percy
Hi shokinro Thanks for your reply. It is because he set different domain for http and https. One with www and other without www. I tried this but didn't succeed. So that was not the reason. Could it be a problem with the htaccess-configuration?
rhysk
Hi there, I had the same problem. Try Tools > Generators and checking the "Disable apache multiviews" option then regernerate your .htaccess file. That worked for me, hope this helps!
