1 Template With Multiple Layout

Hi,

please, could somebody help me with this:

 

I started to create theme from default theme and i need ensure, that for this theme will be 2 global.css or maybe 3, not sure yet.

For example for home page and cms pages will be one global.css and for rest will be second global.css

Is it possible to have one header.tpl for home page and cms pages and second header.tpl for rest pages?

I am using 1.4.3 version
