berta recchia Posted August 9, 2011 Share Posted August 9, 2011 I noticed there are a few bugs reported about the guest tracking features and some fixes should come with the new version. Is there anything I can do to make it work for now? I don't see where you can disable the feature / remove the link sent in the order confirmation mail to the customers. In my case I get: There is 1 error : 1. Invalid order I know the order number is correct of course. Any suggestion? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

berta recchia Posted August 25, 2011 Author Share Posted August 25, 2011 It turns out that if you transform guests into customers after they placed an order the guest tracking will not work anymore since they are not guests anymore. It kind of make sense but some customers still use the original email with the guest tracking link so, in my opinion, guest tracking should still work for those order numbers even after the transformation. We also made several changes to the wording and layout to Guest Tracking as a whole to simplify the process and help people determine why they are getting an error message in the first place (e.g. wrong email, wrong password...) Mike Kranzler Posted September 21, 2011 Share Posted September 21, 2011 Hi duncanmoo, There's one more file for you: /themes/prestashop/css/global.css The rest of those in the changelog are files we edited yesterday as we went through and made some changes throughout the core software for other issues in the bug tracker.
