Image uploader going to bad address

Any ideas what could be happening here...

 

All of a sudden (after working successfully) the image up-loader in the wysiwyg editor has an error. When I click the icon to edit/upload an image, it can't find the page and comes up with the prestashop front end error page.

 

I've not updated to latest edition as yet due, but this isn't the problem.
