Amazzing
Hello! I have faced an issue about editing order details. Here is the situation: Customer has placed an order for item1, item2, item3 He chose to come and pick up items from the store by himself. When he came, he decided to change item1 to item5. So, now his order is item5, item2, item3. BO options allow me to delete item1, but is there a possibility to add item5 to this order, so that I would have a real report for this order? Thank you in advance! I am using PS 1.4.2.
Mister Denial
The Orlique order manager allows you to do that, as well as editing just ALL aspects of existing orders, and even create new ones from the BO. The module costs about 80-90 Euros and is available from Prestastore. PLEASE NOTE: I bought it only to find out it only works with PS 1.4.3, not 1.4.4 which I am running. I am now waiting for the programmer to release the next version. So if you run PS 1.4.4 too, you might want to wait a bit before purchasing this module. Does it mean, that default modules won't allow us make any changes about orders, that have already been placed?
Mister Denial
Sorry about the late reply, didn't get the reply notification. Yes, you're correct, you can only remove items from existing orders, but not manually add any. The Orlique module does have these functions though. Now that it is working properly, I am very happy with it (although it was a bit of pain to get there).
