JanB Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 I started a thread recently about this, I thought it was tied to free products but it's not. I have had this issue since upgrading to 1.4.2.5 from version 1.3.1.1. I upgraded to 1.4.4 now. I copied all of the directories as they were brand new from the new version. The only thing I merged in was the settings file and the images. Then I ran it in upgrade mode so it would convert the database. I then moved in the new template for that version and made only minor changes. I tested with both a paid product and free product. Changed my email address and I still only get the Order confirmation and Payment accepted emails. They are not in Junk, nor anywhere else. I know the products are set to download. I can go into the history and pull up the invoice and on the file it shows a button to download. All files are in the mails directory and I haven't changed any of them. Is there something in the configuration that could be keeping the Download email from sending? Any and all help and knowledge is appreciated. Thanks. shokinro Posted August 8, 2011 Share Posted August 8, 2011 have you copied the download folder from old site? because all downloadable files are save under this folder. you can also go the back office catalog/ product detail page to see if the downloadable file is missing.
