Delivery address not showing so cant checkout

Hi,

 

i have just installed a new Prestashop installation and going through checkout and it won't let me progress as it tells me:

There are 6 errors :

You must register at least one phone number

country ID is required.

address (1) is required.

city is required.

address (2) is required.

postcode is required.

 

BUT in the attachment you will see that the fields aren't showing up.

I have tried:

1. changing to 1-page checkout

2. uninstalling the Paypal module so there is only the bank transfer

3. making shipping free

 

but now run out of options and can't find any solution on the forum

hello, which version of PrestaShop are you using?

The latest stable version of PrestaShop is 1.4.4, I think the instant (guest checkout) includes a delivery address section. From the screen image you uploaded, it seems there is no delivery address section.

 

If you didn't make any customization or use a customized theme, the I guess something went wrong. that's why there are so many errors. Those error are all from address.

 

Maybe you can set display_errors in file /config/config.inc.php to on to see if there is any error occurred.
