How to safely remove the pre-installed order from presatshop 1.1?

Hi,

I have had nightmares before in blindly removing entries from SQL tables and buggering up CMS style systems like prestashop - please can anyone advise how to safely remove the pre-loaded sales order that comes with prestashop 1.1.

If it is as simple as removing a record from a single table then thats cool, however as I mention I have been caught out by this sort of thing before by not properly understanding how the application uses the underlying database.

All help appreciated.
