wendy@abc
Can nobody help me at all? Is there somewhere else I can ask? I have sent an email to tech support, but had no response there either! Even a tiny clue would be appreciated! Wendy
thehandlestudio
Hi Wendy, are your api details correct for the mode you are in, you need different api details for sandbox and active modes. Regards, Mark.
wendy@abc
Hi Wendy, are your api details correct for the mode you are in, you need different api details for sandbox and active modes. Regards, Mark. Hey Mark! Funnily enough I nearly called out for you on the forum, hoping you might be about! I didn't bother with the sandbox because I thought I didn't need it, as I already have Paypal set up for the old site - I assumed I would still be using the same email address and put that in to get the API details. Do you think I need to have a totally different account in Paypal? I have a personal and business account with them, but use the same email address. Should I start all over again and do the sandbox thing - I thought that was only if you didn't already have Paypal set up? Gawd, it's one problem after another - lol! Very hard to get answers sometimes! Think if it gets any harder, I may give up! Reluctant to because of the time, effort and money already spent, but feel I just don't have enough knowledge! I read a lot of the posts and replies and it's like a foreign language at times! Should it really be this difficult? Reassurance required please! PS I realised about the different modes and reckoned I had done that bit correctly. What do you think I should do? Love & hugs (hehe!) Ruined you rep now! wendy@abc
MARRRRKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK! Round of applause, please! I uninstalled the module, reinstalled and tested and it seems to be working now - I can only think that I must have put some details in wrong! If you get a chance, can you test it for me? Pretty please? It's hit and miss with me - hate being so ignorant of the whys and wherefores! Happy days! (again!) Until the next crisis! Still haven't got the import problem solved - awaiting divine inspiration or a very nice guy in Denmark to rescue me! Nite!
