How did you hear about us in checkout process

Good evening everyone

 

 

I am wandering if there is a way of including "How did you hear about us" at the checkout process. Options would be search engines, referral, other with text box etc. I have seen this on sites I have bought from and think it would be useful to know how people find or hear about you.

 

Please advise if this is possible...
