{solved} Product Comments v2.1 Broken ?

I installed Product Comments module, and when I go to configure it, it wont keep my preferences. I notice the Moderate Comments area is broken, as seen in my photo below, so I cannot moderate any comments becauce I cannot change the moderate settings. I deleted & re-installed the module, no change. Even installed one from 1.4.0, same exact thing.

I looked in the files for my site & if you look at the picture below, the "English" version in really missing something. French, Spanish & German all have a size over 8,000kb & the English file size is 44kb ! I went through all my old presta shop files, as far back as 1.3.7 and they're all the same. English file is only 44kb.

Is there an English php file that is properly populated ?

I uninstalled the module & re-installed it & it seems to be working properly.

I also remembered to force-compile, which is VERY important when changing anything !
