Images Gone After Upgrade

Hi,

 

After I upgraded to the new version of Prestashop, all the images have gone. They've been uploaded but just aren't showing as you can see - http://www.planbbooks.co.uk/. Can anyone help?

So try to regenerate .htaccess file (backup old one if needed), and check Back Office > Preferences > Performance if there is anything in media server section

I've regenerated an .htaccess file but it hasn't achieved anything.

In Back Office > Preferences > Performance, the media server section has _MEDIA_SERVER_1_, _MEDIA_SERVER_2_, and _MEDIA_SERVER_3_ but I don't really know what that's for since it wasn't in the previous version I used.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to get the images showing again?

Strange, those field should be empty like

Delete _MEDIA_SERVER_1_, _MEDIA_SERVER_2_, _MEDIA_SERVER_3_ from those field , then images should show.

I don't have Back Office > Preferences > Performance and i am using PS 1.4.3

I think my upgrade hasn't quite worked as i cannot get to see images after making a new product etc..

Also some pages of my BO are "access denied"

This is really messing with my head.

Any ideas?
