Dave L
Did I miss any detail or nobody knows the answer to this? Calm down Ryan. While you are waiting for a response to your question you could do some homework using the search. There's plenty of posts that would point you in the right direction for this. In answer to your question, yes, you can do that. Just set up 2-zones, USA and Canada. Disable all countries except for those two. Set up a Carrier as free shipping and assign it to the USA zone. Set up another carrier and assign it to the Canada zone. Set up your weight/price ranges for the Carrier for Canada. If anyone outside of these two areas tries to order/checkout a product they will just get the message "Ther is no carrier available that will deliver to this address"

But still there are few more clarification I would need from your side. 1) I will be providing FREE SHIPPING to USA Customers on orders above $60 only. 2) There are already North America and South America added in the ZONES section of the Shipping tab. 3) Do I have to manually assign all the stated to their relevant zone which I will create USA and CANADA? Is there a more faster way? 4) Can I have multiple shipment methods for USA as well as CANADA. 5) People can also purchase outside USA or CANADA but they will be charged International Shipping. Do I have to make a new ZONE and add all the remaining countries to this particular zone? 6) I am a bit confused to put all these things into practice. I hope you'll be able to answer in a more elaborate way now.

I hope you'll be able to answer in a more elaborate way now. Let's see what help we can give you here. I'm doing this from memory so you may have to make some minor adjustments to get everything working perfectly. By this time you should be familiar enough with the shipping set up to be able to do this. Zones Create a zone called Canada. Countries In countries, edit Canada to change it's zone from North America to Canada. If you are using a flat rate for shipping to anywhere in USA then you don't need to use states. Edit Country United States and disable 'Contains States'. Carriers You'll need 3-Carriers based on the information provided in your post. Edit the default carrier, change it's name to the name of the Carrier you will be using for Canada. For the Carrier zone check the Canada zone only. Create a new carrier, name it whatever the name of the Carrier you will be using for USA. For the Carrier zone check the North America zone only. Create another Carrier. Name it whatever the name of the Carrier you will be using for the rest of the world. Price Ranges You have obviously decided that your shipping method is going to be by Price. So in Price Ranges you now need to set these up. Click Add New. Select the first Carrier in the dropdown box. Set the price ranges for this Carrier. If for example you want to charge based on $0-$20 and $20 to $50 and $50 and over, then you need to add 3 price ranges for this carrier. Click Add New. Select the second Carrier in the dropdown box which is the one for USA and create it's price ranges. Based on your post you will need $0 - $60 and $60 - $20,000 (use a high value here that will easily capture your highest product price). Click Add New. Select the third Carrier in the dropdown box which is the one for the rest of the world. As with the other carriers create price ranges accordingly. Setting the Shipping Fees Click on the shipping tab and scroll down to Fees. the Zone/Range matrix will be there ready for you to populate. Inset you prices for shipping for that price range and then Save. In the same Fees area, select the next Carrier from the drop down box. You will now see it's Zone/Range matrix. Inset you prices for shipping for that price range and then Save. Repeat the above step for your third carrier. That's about it. When a customer checks out the shipping options will be displayed based on the price of the product and the Zone that their postal address falls into. By now you should have a good grasp of how the prestashop shipping works and be able to adjust your settings where appropriate.

Price Ranges You have obviously decided that your shipping method is going to be by Price. So in Price Ranges you now need to set these up. In your post you stated that "I will be providing FREE SHIPPING to USA Customers on orders above $60 only." Prestashop need to know how much you want to charge for shipping based on what prices your products are. Click Add New. Select the first Carrier in the dropdown box. Set the price ranges for this Carrier. If for example you want to charge based on $0-$20 and $20 to $50 and $50 and over, then you need to add 3 price ranges for this carrier. Click Add New. Select the third Carrier in the dropdown box which is the one for the rest of the world. As with the other carriers create price ranges accordingly. The steps in 'blue' above are those which you need to take in order for prestashop to undertand how to apply the shipping fees. What does PRICE RANGES is used for? Price ranges are used to enable you to define how much you will be charging for shipping based on the total amount purchased by the customer. Example 1 A customer in America makes a purchase for £49.99 Prestashop examines the information in your Price Ranges and can see that the total is less than $60 and will apply the fee set up in your $0 to $60 price range. Example 2 A customer in America makes a purchase for £65.99 Prestashop examines the information in your Price Ranges and can see that the total is more than $60 and will apply the fee set up in your $60 to $20,000 price range. Ryan, I'm not sure I can be any clearer on setting up your shipping. If you are still unable to get it set up you would need to learn more about the system (read the wiki) or pay for someone to set it up for you. Perhaps someone else could explain it more clearly. No, as far as I am aware you cannot do this by Carrier. However, there is an option to apply a 'Additional shipping cost:' when you create the product in the Catalogue. This will be an additional shipping cost per item, not by carrier.
