Changes won't appear in Prestashop

Hello, I'm using prestashop on donateen.com, is using a theme, I wanted for example to modify the text from the front page "The most exclusive in the web" and I've found that text on "blockpermanentlinks-header.tpl" from "onateen.com\themes\theme028\modules\blockpermanentlinks\".

 

After I change the text, upload the file, nothing gets changed on the front page, the text remains the same.

 

Do I need to clear a cache or what is wrong?

Yes first try to clear the cache

 

I also have sometimes problems when I want to amend something it's impossible,

and the problem is the cache, I don't understand why....

Yes you can clear the cache and also set "force compile" to "YES" while you are modifying templates.
