Invoice button missing

Hello,

 

I have installed two shops for two different sites - both Version 1.3.7.0 (because I found a free theme that doesn't work on v 1.4)

On the second the INVOICE tab doesn't display. I know it's under ORDERS

 

I went on FTP to admin-tabs and the AdminOrders.php is there....I can't find a difference in number of files between the two shops. I know I haven't modified any files also. Just installed it and customized graffics.

 

I didn't find no one else having this problem. I just want to disable the INVOICE generation. Not all my clients want one so I will send only to those who ask.
