Alex Choe
Hi, everyone. Thanks for being interested in this topic. nowadays, I've upgraded my prestashop into 1.4.3. after upgraded, search box doesn't work properly. there are some products available on Catalog in the BO. but when I search on the FO, it says that no products for this search keyword but I can see on the BO. and search ajax list suggestion doesn't work properly, either. It doesn't show a list suggestion for a single word. Plz, help me. thanks.

Alex Choe
Re-index all products? Thanks for your reply. I've rebuild all products images again but ajax search doesn't work properly. If I wait for 2 mins after type, It shows me list suggestions. But I want ajax search to work immediately after type inputbox. What should I do? Thanks. affect
That issue indeed happens because of products missing from search index. You can rebuild the search index via Backend - Preferences - Search There are two options available: "Add missing products to index" and "Re-build entire index"

raghuram
Hi... I don't know if this has been asked before, but I can't check because of the exact problem that this post is about... I have checked the FAQ and it's not there I have tried using all of the browsers that I use on a regular basis, but none work properly. On Safari and Google Chrome, I get error messages, and on Firefox, I get a download prompt asking me to download "index.php".So please solve this issue..
